Guy Baroan, founder and President
Guy Baroan graduated from William Paterson University in 1993 with a degree in business. In 1992, Guy installed and was managing his first server and network while holding down a full time job to work his way through college. In 1997, combining his business degree and computer skills, Guy started what would become Baroan Technologies. Guy's main role in the company is Senior Solutions Engineer. Guy keeps Baroan Technologies on the cutting edge with technology by participating on advisory boards of companies such as SonicWALL and Symantec. Guy has also served as President of Ingram Micro's VentureTech Network, where he regularly attends industry leading forums hosted by all of the major technology companies such as Microsoft, IBM, and Xerox.
Dimitri Miaoulis, partner and Vice President
Dimitri Miaoulis graduated from Clarion University in 1977 with a business degree. Dimitri has been an entrepreneur since 1978 and oversees the day to day operations of the company. Dimitri's main role is to drive the Vision and Core Values into all aspects of the company's service delivery systems. Dimitri is an active member in the local business community. He volunteers with the Paramus Regional Chamber of Commerce, serving on their board for his seventh year and he was Chairman for three years. Dimitri also volunteers as a board member of the Bergen County Workforce Investment Board and is active on various committees. Dimitri was recently invited to serve on the Dover Business College Advisory Board to advise on the technology curriculum.
